Through the Good News Club, which is similar to a
high-powered Sunday school held in public schools and neighborhoods,
churches can build relationships with children and their parents
outside church doors. Good News Clubs provide the context in which
ongoing evangelism and discipleship can occur.
The dedication of the
USA Plaza in the Kraft Prayer Garden
took place October 21, 2009. The plaza provides a place for the CEF family to come together to pray for 200 new workers in the United States and a state director in every state.
Reach Out to the Next Generation is the theme of the next USA national conference. The conference will be held May 17 - 21 at Shocco Springs conference center in Talladega, Alabama.

Designed to meet the needs of those with busy lifestyles who minister to children, these courses provide biblical, practical instruction on a variety of topics. Each course can be taken independently or students can enroll in a certificate program.

CEF trained volunteers and staff will be converging on Boston, July 19-31, 2010--and you can be involved! This team will partner with
the evangelical churches in the area to bring the hope of the Lord Jesus to children and their
families.
Boston has a nickname, The City on a Hill - it originally came from Massachusetts Bay Colony's governor John Winthrop's goal to create the biblical "City on a Hill." Yet, do the children of Boston know of their heritage?
With relatively few evangelical churches, Boston is a city filled with spiritual darkness. Many people do not know God and sometimes have never even heard of Jesus Christ. When told about God, one child in Boston responded, "What is God?"
This past year, Wonder Devotional Books were provided for fifty thousand children in Zimbabwe. Newton, one of the CEF workers in Zimbabwe, told this story about how God is using the books:
