| Job Description |
As part of the ministry team, the Ministry Director will contribute to the overall ministry and growth of Camp Good News. In this team environment, the responsibilities include:
- Development of year round ministries that fulfill the purpose of CEF.
- Direct ministry contact with children through CEF sponsored programs and other programs in collaboration with local churches.
- Recruitment of summer staff with the intent of keeping them engaged to support the year round ministries.
- Conduct training for summer staff and local children’s ministry staff.
As the ministry grows and changes, the responsibilities of this position may change to enable and accommodate the maturation of the ministry.
