Job Description The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship® in his/her local area. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This person should be self motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills.
Qualifications Experience in the CEF work. Training at CEF's Children's Ministries Institute, though we would be willing to wait for that until support is fully raised.
