Development Coordinator responsibilities: September – April - 70% of the time; May – mid-August - 10% of the time
Summer Ministries Coordinator responsibilities: May – mid-August - 90% of the time; September - April - 20% of the time
Development Coordinator -
Primary Responsibility:
- Promote the ministry of CEF in the public arena – through radio, TV, etc.
- Recruit new workers for the base ministries of CEF – Good News Club, JYC and 5-Day Club and related ministries i.e. TCE, fairs, open air, party clubs
- Develop strong working relationships with area churches that would work well with CEF doctrinally
- Develop and maintain relationships with grant organizations
- Raise funding for the general fund of the local ministry
- Organize banquet and spring fellowship along with other promotional events
- Develop steering committees for each of the 9 sections of the area.
Work with the Executive Director to develop a strategy to accomplish the goal that every child in Southeast Wisconsin would have an opportunity to receive Christ and be discipled in the Word of God and to establish after-school clubs in every school.
Regarding calls on pastors and churches: Contacts should be done as a team of the Exec Dir and Development Coordinator as the relationship with the church/pastor develops.

May also include children’s rallies; Mailbox Club; open air opportunities such as fair and block parties.
Responsibilities – staff , equip and maintain activities to evangelize and disciple children in the gospel and establish them in the local church.
Work with the Executive Director to develop a strategy to accomplish the goal that every child in Southeast Wisconsin would have an opportunity to receive Christ and be discipled in the Word of God and to establish after-school clubs in every school.
Participate in the CYIA Urban Training of the summer missionaries.
Promote and recruit volunteers to be involved in outreach ministries. Maintain contact with summer missionaries and 5-day club hostesses.
Attend all staff and ministry team meetings, meet weekly with the Executive Director, plus consultations during the week as needed.
A monthly report should show progress in accomplishing the plan – list of individuals, and churches contacted, and any suggested follow up; growth in area of concentration, also responsible for receiving reports from all summer outreach activities.
Secondary responsibility – 20%

Training – TCE, Church seminars, Church speaking engagements
Be involved in a children’s club (GNC, JYC, SAS-5 and/or 5-D)
