| Job Description |
The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship® in his/her local area. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This person should be self motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills. Personal support raising is required.
Montetey County is located in coastal California and has a population of 425,000. Much of the population is Hispanic, so fluency in spanish would be very helpful.
