| Job Description |
The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship® in his/her local area. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This person should be self motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills.
There are 465,000 people in this area with 40,000 children age 14 and under. There is a committee who is working to keep the ministry going.
There is a good foundation for ministry.
