The state director leads the Child Evangelism Fellowship® ministries within a specific state. This includes developing a strategy to reach all the children within the state, supervising all CEF® staff and ministries, establishing CEF ministries in new areas, promoting the ministry, fund-raising, leadership development, and administrative responsibilities. This person should be a strategic thinker, value people of diverse cultures and have influence/negotiation, managerial and organizational skills.
