The children's ministry specialist directly ministers to children in 5-Day Clubs, Good News Clubs, rallies, fairs, etc. He/she clearly presents the message of salvation and leads children to Christ. He/she teaches and disciples Christian children to encourage Christian growth.
Must love children and desire to see them led to Christ. Needs to be self motivated with good communication skills. Children's Ministry Specialists are needed in every state of the USA.
