| Job Description |
The Director of Training is responsible for developing and executing the training program for teachers and other workers involved in Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, and other Child Evangelism Fellowship® ministries within their assigned geographical area. This person should be a team player and able to communicate well, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills. Child Evangelism Fellowship® teaching experience is required.
Twin Cities Area is a large seven-county metro area with 375,000 chlidren between ages five and fourteen years of age. We are just expanding the ministry and all the openings are new to the area so there are no shoes to fill from previous workers. With the large metro area, we also have a diverse population of ethnic backgrounds including Hispanic, African American, American Indian, Somalian, Hmong, Ethiopian, Chinese, Liberian and Russian. There is one staff worker in the area currently and we are seeking to build an effective ministry team for this area. The Director of Training will be a key part of this team.
