Job Description


The ministry coordinator performs the planning, execution and supervision of after-school Good News Clubs within the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.



The Twin Cities Area is a large seven-county metro area with 375,000 chlidren between ages five and fourteen years of age.  We are just expanding the ministry and all the openings are new to the area so there are no shoes to fill from previous workers.  With the large metro area, we also have a diverse population of ethnic backgrounds including Hispanic, African American, American Indian, Somalian, Hmong, Ethiopian, Chinese, Liberian and Russian.  There is one staff worker in the area currently and we are seeking to build an effective ministry team for this area.  The Good News Club Ministry Coordinator will be a key part of this team.



 


Qualifications This person should be able to plan and analyze, demonstrate organizational skills, motivate people and teach children.

Leadership skills are required.

Raising of financial and prayer support required.

Completion of all required training.
