| Job Description |
The children's ministry specialist evangelist directly ministers to children in 5-Day Clubs, Good News Clubs, rallies, fairs, etc. He/she clearly presents the message of salvation and leads children to Christ. He/she teaches and disciples Christian children to encourage Christian growth.
The Twin Cities Area is a large seven-county metro area with 375,000 chlidren between ages five and fourteen years of age. We are just expanding the ministry and all the openings are new to the area so there are no shoes to fill from previous workers. With the large metro area, we also have a diverse population of ethnic backgrounds including Hispanic, African American, American Indian, Somalian, Hmong, Ethiopian, Chinese, Liberian and Russian. There is one staff worker in the area currently and we are seeking to build an effective ministry team for this area. The children's ministry specialists will be a key part of this team.

Must love children and desire to see them led to Christ.
Must be able to teach children.
Must be self motivated with good communication skills.
Raising of financial and prayer support required.
Completion of all required training. |
