| Job Description |
The office manager is responsible for general office procedures, bookkeeping, mailings, typing, filing and telephone support. Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and written and verbal communication skills are required.
The Twin Cities Area is a large seven-county metro area with 375,000 chlidren between ages five and fourteen years of age. We are just expanding the ministry and all the openings are new to the area so there are no shoes to fill from previous workers. With the large metro area, we also have a diverse population of ethnic backgrounds including Hispanic, African American, American Indian, Somalian, Hmong, Ethiopian, Chinese, Liberian and Russian. There is one staff worker in the area currently and we are seeking to build an effective ministry team for this area. The office manager will be a key part of this team.
