| Job Description |
The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship in his/her area. This includes promotion and fundraising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This preson should be self-motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills. As a director of Central Area, he/she must be willing to drive long distances and be a team player. Three months of training and one-year internship is required.
