The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship® in his/her local area. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This person should be self motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills.

Beaverland is an existing work where the local director has been in place for a number of years. The chapter covers 2 counties. Currently the work is GNC, 5-Day Clubs and a fair in the summer. There is a committee that is very supportive and are willing to remain active as a new director takes leadership of the chapter. Beaverland is in south central WI with Beaver Dam as the center.
