| Job Description |
The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship in his/her local area. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. The person should be self-motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills. As a director in the Mitchell Area, he/she must be willing to drive long distances and be a team player. Three months training and a one-year internship is required.
