The local director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship® in his/her local area. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This person should be self motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills.



Responsibilities:

Plan , organize, carry out plans, delegate,  and follow the USA organizational manual.



Promoter: Visit pastors/churches to share the vision and passion for teaching children about Christ.  Good speaking abilities are required.

Recruiter: Ask people to be involved in the ministry of CEF, reaching children for Christ either on a volunteer basis when needed or as paid staff

Teacher: Teach children in Good News Clubs and 5-Day Clubs; train teenagers and younger and older adults how to reach children for Christ through CEF Training Programs

Finances: The local committee has enough regular income to pay utilities on house/office and expenses of running office.  The director will need to raise the rest of what will be needed for his/her financial support.
