| Job Description |
The Local Missionary Director is responsible for:
- Fulfilling the purpose of Child Evangelism Fellowship
- Executing and accomplishing the plans and objectives of the local committee and state board
- Overseeing all ministry within the local chapter
The local missionary director develops the ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship® in Northeast Alabama. This covers Madison, Jackson, Marshall, and Dekalb counties. This includes promotion and fund-raising, supervising staff, directing the evangelism and discipleship of children, overseeing the training of local workers and administrative responsibilities. This person should be self motivated, able to plan and analyze, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills.

| Qualifications |
Take one year of Bible training. In some cases candidates may be allowed to test out of this requirement. Meet the prescribed requirements for the position.
Successfully complete the Children's Ministries Institute 12 Week Diploma Program.
Successfully complete an internship program for the desired position.
Raise needed financial support through the Ministry Satffing Program of CEF. |
