| Job Description |
The Black Hawk Chapter is searching for a full time local director. The chapter has an active committee and a strong Good News Club ministry . This chapter's office is in Waterloo, Iowa, and its area includes the surrounding counties. The local director oversees the ministry, provides teacher training for children's workers, recruits workers (teens to adults), and promotes CEF in churches and with individuals.

| Qualifications |
* Attend one year of Bible college (or equivalent)
* Attend the 12 week Children's Ministries Institute diploma program
* Have a heart for reaching children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ |
