Prayer Profile- Ulle Kaarik |

Ülle Käärik is the national coordinator for the Baltic region, which includes Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
She spends much of her time training and encouraging CEF
workers in her area. She also meets with school principals directors of
orphanages, and government officials to open doors for Good News Clubs.
She also ministers one on one with children in her Good News
Clubs. Ülle writes about a seven-year old in one of her clubs: "[He]
has cancer behind his heart and is so excited about Heaven and getting
there so soon. He demands his mother bring him to every Good News Club®
on time. He carries papers in a special folder and requests a seat in
the front row. [When] his situation worsened we all joined in prayer
for his and his mother's salvation. During the Christmas party they
trusted the Lord!"
Ülle came to the Lord as a 15-year old
while her country was still part of the USSR. She said, My Sunday
school teacher was teaching a group of children secretly during a
birthday party. This was not allowed. When I trusted the Lord Jesus,
John 14:6 was a verse which touched my heart in all my life I want to
tell about the only way."
Prayer Requests:
- Please
pray for the salvation of children in our churches. We have found out
that several pastors don't believe that children can be saved.
- Pray for the children who will receive the 60-Day Wonder Devotional Books being
distributed in schools in Latvia. Pray that all the students receive
them, trust in Christ as their Savior, and grow in their faith through
a daily quiet time.
- Praise the Lord for His provision of finances to print the Wonder Devotional Book series.
- Please pray for safety, strength and wisdom for Ülle as she travels in the Baltic countries.
