The after-school Good News Club® held in Wayne, New Jersey has been denied the opportunity of sending home flyers with children because the club was of a "religious nature."
Our committee chairman and his wife arranged a meeting with the superintendent to present current court cases. In a couple of weeks the superintendent called to say the school attorney reviewed the list of court cases, and based on those cases, they realized the "case law has changed" since they last said they could not distribute flyers to be sent home with the children. They will now approve the flyers for the Good News Club! Praise the Lord!
