Individual deposit of $100.00 required for reservation.
Reservations must be made my March 1, 2008. After March 1st, add a
$25.00 late fee. Cancellations must be received my March 31st in
order to avoid forfeit of deposit. Individuals will be charged a one-night
penalty for cancellations received after 6:00pm on the arrival date of the
conference.
