The Ministry Staffing Program is helping new and current CEF® missionaries raise their full support so they can have a fruitful and sustainable ministry to children.

The purpose of the Ministry Staffing Program (MSP) is to help CEF missionaries become fully supported, fully equipped, and fully trained for ministry in the USA or around the world.

Since it began in 2007, MSP has helped many new and current missionaries make progress toward their goal of being fully supported and prepared for the mission field.  Four missionaries in MSP are now fully supported: Colter (pictured) is serving full-time in Latin America, Jane is on a one-year assignment in Latin America, Doug is serving in Alabama, and Maureen in Minnesota.

Doug and Maureen were both current CEF missionaries when they joined MSP.  Doug had served faithfully for 13 years and Maureen had served for three.  Both were at about 50% of their full support when they joined MSP.  When they entered MSP, they began spending part of the time every month inviting other Christians to join their support team. 

The financial policy of CEF is, "Ask God and tell His people."  God blessed the steps of faith that Doug and Maureen took as they trusted Him in the process of raising their full support.  Doug became fully supported six months after joining MSP; Maureen became fully supported nine months after joining MSP.  We rejoice that these two faithful workers can now devote their full attention to sharing the Gospel with boys and girls, fully supported by the prayers and gifts of God's people.
