To serve you better, improvements have been made to our registration process and conference. Please read the following changes carefully. For questions email intlcon2020@cefonline.com.

  • Registration is one step, fully online and handled by CEF! You will experience a smoother and quicker check-in experience at conference.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of registration. Major credit or debit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX).  
  • Complimentary shuttle service is available with these conditions:
    • To and from the Asheville Regional Airport only.  
    • Shuttles begin Monday morning, May 4 and end Saturday, May 9 at 12:00 PM.
    • In order to take advantage of this service:
      • Details of your travel information must be provided at the time of registration.
      • Register no later than April 6.  (After April 6 complimentary shuttle service is not an option and you will be responsible for securing and paying for transportation to and from Ridgecrest.)
  • Online registration will close April 13, 2020 at 11:59 PM Central Time. After that time register as a walk-in at conference.

Early Registration Incentive: Register by March 9 to be entered in a drawing to win one of several amazing prizes, which will be announced at a later date.
