If you could have an old, tattered $20 bill, or a clean, new $1 bill, which one would you take? Probably the $20, it’s more valuable than the $1. Sometimes people treat others like these two bills—all are valuable, but they think one person is more valuable than another. They may treat people differently based on what they look like, or what they can or cannot do. But these things don’t give people value or take it away. There is someone who gives everyone great value, no matter who they are.
