International Conference 2025
May 19 – 24, 2025
With much anticipation, Child Evangelism Fellowship® invites you to join us for International Conference 2025. After a couple of years of shifting to digital events, we are excited to see you in person at the Ridgecrest Conference Center in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
We will spend time studying God’s Word and worshipping through music together during main sessions. We will break out into small groups to attend workshops geared toward CEF staff, volunteers, and boards and committees. The conference will include times of fellowship with other believers, training for CEF ministry, praying together to our God, and visiting exhibitors and vendors to bring the experience back to our local mission field.
We look forward to seeing you at the CEF® International Conference 2025.

Pre-registration is required for international participants who require a US visa letter of invitation. Those who desire to attend should fill out the form as soon as possible so the needed paperwork, appointments, and permissions can be obtained prior to making travel arrangements.

Q: Who is invited to attend International Conference 2025?
A: International Conference 2025 is for CEF staff, board and committee members, volunteers, and ministry partners.
Q: I will require a letter of invitation to receive a US visa. How do I make this request?
A: Before registration opens, you may first apply for a visa invitation letter. This form is intended for international attendees who would require a US visa. Once your application is approved by the CEF regional team, we will issue you a letter of invitation addressed to the US Embassy. Apply here.

With much anticipation, the 2025 International Conference will be in-person and held at Ridgecrest Conference Center in Black Mountain, North Carolina on May 19 – 24, 2025.
Q: What will registration for the 2025 International Conference include?

Registration takes place in two steps.
Step 1 – Register with CEF and pay the registration fee.
Step 2 – Reserve your room and meals with Ridgecrest Conference Center. A 20% deposit is due upfront. Details on how to reserve your room will be available soon.
