The director of training ministries is responsible for developing and executing the training program for teachers and other workers involved in Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, and other Child Evangelism Fellowship® ministries within their assigned geographical area. This person should be a team player and able to communicate well, motivate people and demonstrate organizational skills. Child Evangelism Fellowship® teaching experience is required. Directors of Training are needed in all states of the USA.
Qualifications
- Be a mature Christian
- Confident about calling to minister to children
- Willing to abide by the purpose and policies of CEF
