$21,500- $24,000 Projected Annual Salary
The ministry coordinator for the Northwest Chapter of CEF of Wyoming Inc., performs the planning, execution, and supervision of direct ministry to children in accordance with our Child Evangelism Fellowship® Culture Points.
The Ministry Coordinator will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Child Evangelism Fellowship® to reach every child, every nation, every day. This position involves strategic ministry planning, leadership development, volunteer engagement, and partnership cultivation to promote the Good News of Jesus Christ among children.
Key Responsibilities
Program Oversight:
- Coordinate and support Good News Club® , 5-Day Club ® , CYIA ®, CPC™ and other CEF outreach programs.
- Ensure curriculum and materials align with CEF’s doctrinal standards.
Volunteer Recruitment Camp Training:
- Identify, train, and disciple volunteers for children’s ministry.
- Facilitate ongoing development and mentorship opportunities.
Church & Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with churches, pastors, and community leaders.
- Promote CEF programs as a tool for evangelism and discipleship.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize ministry events including training seminars, prayer gatherings, and outreach campaigns.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of clubs, personnel, and ministry reports.
- Work within budget guidelines and provide updates to leadership.
- Assist Local Director with pioneering and implementing ministry.
Spiritual Leadership:
- Model a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Uphold and represent the values and doctrinal beliefs of CEF in all activities
Comments:
- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to the CEF Statement of Faith.
- Experience in ministry coordination or children’s ministry preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital ministry tools.
