Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day
CEF® Ministry Partnerships and Cooperations
MINISTRY PARTNERSHIPS are based on cross-promotion through networking and relationships, providing Child Evangelism Fellowship® with the opportunity to gain more volunteers and donors or minister to more children.
Though there are other good Christian law firms that can help us with Good News Club® legal cases, we encourage all chapters to use Liberty Counsel because it is important to have a national strategy in approaching these cases. Liberty Counsel is helping us nationwide and every case has the potential to set a precedent for several states – and even for the nation. That is best achieved by using only one law firm.
Revival Movement Association
Revival Movement Association plays a huge role in equipping Child Evangelism Fellowship national missionaries around the world with CEF teaching materials and providing Gospel booklets to children. Revival Movement Association is an Interdenominational Evangelistic Mission that:
- Publishes and prints Gospel literature in over 95 languages. This literature is supplied free of charge to many missions, churches, pastors, and Christian workers in over 170 countries.
- Prints five tons of paper each day! Each year, they print around 10 million Gospels of John and many millions of Scripture booklets, Gospel tracts, and sets of children’s Bible lessons.
The Children’s Ministry Major is a special program which is offered by Calvary University. Students who have graduated from the CEF Children’s Ministries Institute® will be able to transfer virtually all of their credits from the institute to Calvary and use them toward meeting the requirements of this major. CU also offers discounted tuition to all CEF full-time staff.
Calvary has an articulation agreement with CEF and cooperates closely with them.
Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary and Graduate School
LBC | Capital will accept CMI courses for undergraduate credit (up to 3 credits) applicable to a student’s program and as applicable to the college’s transfer policy. A maximum of 15 credits may transfer. Anyone affiliated with CEF who applies to LBC | Capital should contact LBC | Capital Registrar’s Office for more information and transfer credit approval.
Faith Comes By Hearing®
Faith Comes By Hearing has recorded the full Bible, or parts of it, in over 1,300 languages (and counting) so nonreaders can hear the Bible for themselves using an app. LUMO Project creates word-for-word movies of the Gospels to be overlaid by any language recording. These films are available for free on U-Nite TV and are included in the FCBH app, Bible.is. CEF workers are encouraged to download and become familiar with it. This resource is a wonderful tool for helping children and their families to access the Bible.
Moms in Prayer™
Moms in Prayer groups pray for their school children, their children’s friends, teachers, and administrators. CEF state directors and MIP state coordinators can collaborate to help MIP groups across the state to be aware of which schools need a Good News Club® prayed into the school and the specific prayer requests of existing Good News Clubs may be given to existing MIP group leaders. CEF can reciprocate in the partnership by passing on invitations to mothers of GNC children, inviting them to join MIP groups.
The Jesus Film Project®
Child Evangelism Fellowship is working closely with The Jesus Film Project to find effective means of distributing The Story of Jesus for Children worldwide. CEF is currently the number one partner in conducting follow-up ministry around the world with The Story of Jesus for Children.
CEF helped with the filming of the children’s version. CEF posted this film in ten languages as a resource.
Crown College in Saint Bonafacius, Minnesota, will award up to 18 transfer credits for CMI coursework completed by students who enroll in the Crown College School of Online Studies or Crown College School of Arts and Sciences. The CMI courses approved for credit (3 credits per course) are CM202 Teaching Children Effectively™ Level 1, CM203 Teaching Children Effectively Level 2, CM204 Understanding Today’s Child, CM205 Progressive Methods of Child Evangelism, CM301 Ministry to Generation Z, and LD403 Leadership Essentials.
MINISTRY COOPERATIONS are based on a collaboration on goods, services, or even promotion. CEF may have some influence on the products produced through this association.
Child Evangelism Fellowship uses both the King James Version (KJV) and the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Bible in our literature and ministry material for children. Crossway is the publisher of the ESV Bible. Crossway is a not-for-profit Christian ministry that exists to proclaim the Gospel through publishing in order to, by God’s grace:
- Assist individual Christians and the church in growing in knowledge and understanding of the Christian life
- Bear witness to God’s truth, beauty, and holiness, and to the Lordship of Christ in every area of life
- Help bring men, women, and children to Christ as their Lord and Savior
- Glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every way
CEF staff may sign up for free Crossway Plus membership and receive a minimum of 30% discount and other benefits.

Protect My Ministry offers quality, affordable background checks with superior customer service and ministry specialization.
Assisting Children’s Evangelists Worldwide Trust
Assisting Children’s Evangelists Worldwide Trust provides for the creation and distribution of CEF Specialist Book Ministry literature. CEF and ACEW desire that SBM literature be of assistance to CEF workers and others around the world, aiding them in the ministry of evangelizing and discipling children.
Gateways to Better Education
Gateways to Better Education equips public school educators, leaders, parents, and students to promote religious and academic freedom regarding the Bible and Christianity. They are equipped to do this in a friendly manner, within existing constitutional boundaries, current laws, and state academic standards. GTBE has launched a national “Free to Speak” campaign to train advocates in the church. They included information in their Advocacy Manual about contacting CEF chapters and starting Good News Clubs as one of many suggested action steps for Christian presence in schools.
Angel Tree™ (Prison Fellowship)
Angel Tree provides gifts and camp sponsorship funds for children of prisoners. CEF chapters can obtain the names of children in their area, host camps, then report to AT and receive funds according to the rate of payment. Providing gifts, resources, and facilitating these children into clubs helps CEF reach some of the most at-risk children in the ministry area. Chapters can learn which area churches provide Christmas gifts to children and ask them to also deliver a sponsorship letter from Camp Good News®.
